• Must be BC/BE PM&R Physician
• Flexible schedules, Monday - Friday 
• Will be working with patients in subacute/long-term care, and assisted/independent living facilities 
• Will see 20+ patients per day
• Will see ages 18+ depending on the assigned population 
• No call 
• EMR - Ethizo
• Salary around 270K+
