Pain Management physician opportunity in Northern Ohio

Great opportunity for a Pain Management Physician to join a growing group in Northern Ohio - close to Lake Erie

• BC/BE Interventional Pain Management Physician
• Schedule: M-F from 8-5PM 
• Duties: Seeing patients in both office setting for initial consult, follow-up, and/or office-based procedures/injections
• Surgical: Performing procedures in ambulatory surgery center
• Procedures: Epidural steroid injection, medial branch block, radiofrequency ablation, sacroiliac joint injection, genicular nerve blocks, sympathetic blocks, trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox (migraines/dystonia), spinal cord stimulator (trial/implant), intrathecal pump (trial/implant), MILD, Kyphoplasty, Intracept, Reactiv8.  
• Licensed in Ohio - may need to get Michigan 
• Call: Low volume - One week per Month 
• Outpatient - mostly Adult patients  
• Salary $300-360K - DOE, Benefits package, Sign-on, Potential Relocation if needed, etc... 
• Great cost of living and close to major airports and other large cities
