• Full-time Permanent position
• Board Certified - NP/PA - Exp. in Neurology or Sleep Medicine 
• Licensed:  California 
• Schedule:  Monday-Friday - 8AM - 5PM 
• 100% Outpatient 
• Patients Age Range: 17 and Above 
• 20 PPD
• No Call
• EMR: Athena 
• Salary, Benefits:  Health, Vision, Dental, 3 Weeks PTO, $5K Relocation
