Locums - Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon opportunity in north central Pennsylvania

Locums - A well respected hospital system is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to assist with call coverage in north central Pennsylvania.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon w/ Trauma fellowship required
• Start June 2026 for ongoing need
• Coverage dates include June 12-22, July 29-Aug 17 and ongoing
• 24-hour call coverage, 6a-6a
• Minimum of 4-7 shifts per month; approx. 10-20 shifts available
• Duties include rounding, consults, and surgical cases
• Cases include ORIF procedures, fractures, general ortho trauma
• APP support available and will take first call
• Approx 2-3 admissions, 5 consults, and 3-4 cases per day
• EMR EPIC
• Active PA license or IMLC w/ LOQ, DEA, recent case logs
• Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, travel, malpractice provided
